Oversee Terminal 1's big data, data science, data analytics, and data engineering recruitment desks.
Combine demonstrable experience of implementing the recruitment process, effectively matching suitable candidates for suitable vacancies/clients through qualification and referencing whilst also gaining a detailed understanding of the sector, further developing Terminal 1's market presence.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT- Explain and present Terminal 1's purpose and capabilities to potential and existing clients- Negotiate business with clients and write discussion documents and proposals- Identify clients' needs and provide professional service by maintaining communication, and giving regular feedback
CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT- Register candidates, meet candidates face to face and conduct interviews- Provide detailed, relevant and timely information to candidates on clients and job briefs for positions- Keep in regular contact with placed contractors
TEAM DEVELOPMENT- Identify and support recruitment, client, and candidate skill training and development needs of team members- Help identify and attract new recruiters and team members to join the team
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT- Provide input on product roadmap and prioritize value proposition- Actively use product and provide feedback on new features- Help candidates and clients use product effectively
