Swimming is one of the most beneficial exercises-brings your heart rate up, yet not stressful on your body; builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness; helps achieve and maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs; provides an all around body workout.
I know how to swim, yet I don't really like it :P So, dear craigslisters, I am looking for a swimming partner to motivate me. I prefer to swim in pools that are located in Kowloon. Days and evenings are both ok for me (we can coordinate schedules together).
