This position requires an ability to act as a key point of contact for public company senior management and provide counseling on a range of investor relations and capital markets issues. Candidate should be able to write clearly about complex business issues over a variety of industries communicating accurately under tight deadlines; the successful candidate also combines strong research and analytical abilities to display a solid understanding of financial statements and securities analysis. Mandarin speaking is a huge advantage.
Qualifications
Strong writing skills and excellent verbal communications skills are essential. Securities, business and top-tier writing background required; MBA or CFA is a plus. Strong experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point presentations is functionally necessary. We feel that a person with a background (academic or on the job training) in finance and/or securities analysis will be well suited to this job.
You should have a minimum of five (5) years professional experience in investor relation or as an equity analyst or related field In addition you should be able to display a professional demeanor in fast-paced environment, have strong phone presence, and disciplined time management. Desire to develop investor relations consulting skills and absolute integrity are requirements for this position.

The incumbent will maintain financial responsibility for the Business Development organization and serve as a key finance resource. Act as the key finance lead to support the negotiation process and have an intimate knowledge of all current opportunities up for consideration. Co-ordinate and lead the preparation and timely submission of financial and management reports, budget and forecasts. The Candidate
The Successful Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, HKCPA/CPA/MBA with minimum 5-10 years of related experience. Sound knowledge of licensing, credit and/or financial services and experience managing a multi-disciplinary team. Matured, well-organized and able to work independently. Possess solid supervisory experience and good communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office application. Frequent travel to mainland China is required.
